If I am inside of the house, can I still unlock the door using the Bluetooth key? | Yes, you will be able to unlock the Push Pull Mortise as long you are within the Bluetooth range. |
What kind of batteries can I use? | Please only use AA-sized alkaline batteries. We recommend using only Energizer or Duracell batteries. Note: Do not use: Non-alkaline, Super Heavy Duty, or rechargeable batteries. |
How do I replace the batteries on my lock? | Slide up the battery cover on the back of the lock and replace all four batteries. Please ensure they are AA alkaline batteries. |
How do I unlock my door if I accidentally locked it before pairing? | To unlock your Push Pull Mortise while it is in factory mode, tap on the lock to wake it up, then key in * 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 # to unlock. |
What if someone tries to dismantle/pry open the lock? | Each lock is secured with a Tamper alarm. When the front assembly of the Push Pull Mortise is removed from the back, or if the cable connecting the front and back of the Push Pull Mortise is cut, the lock will sound an alarm. |
