Download App & Create Account 

1. Download the igloohome app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
2. Open the igloohome app and change language as required
   
3. Tap [Create new account]
4. Fill in your details
5. Tap [Create account] to complete registration
6. Verify your account 
7. Upon successful verification, your account has been successfully created
8. Proceed to pair your first lock 

Set up Fingerprint Login 

For ease of signing in, biometric login is also available on most phones. To set up: 

1. Tap on [Profile] 
2. Turn on toggle for [Biometric Login] 
3. Authenticate login

Pair your lock

There are two ways to pair the lock of choice. User can either pair using Bluetooth function, or manual pairing. 

• Pair Using Bluetooth:
  1. The app will automatically search for nearby locks. Make sure your desired lock is turned on
     
  2. Select the lock you want to pair.
     
  3. Enter a name for the lock and choose the home category where it currently belongs.
     
  4. If no property is listed, you will be prompted to create one.
     
  5. Confirm your selection by choosing [Finish Pairing]
     
  6. The lock will be successfully paired.

• Pair Manually:

  1. If no locks were found during the search, you can add the lock manually.
     
  2. Select the lock model from the available options.
     
  3. The app will search for the chosen lock model. Make sure your lock is turned on.
     
  4. Select the lock you want to pair.
     
  5. Enter a name for the lock and choose the home category where it currently belongs.
     
  6. Confirm your selection by choosing [Finish Pairing].
  7. The lock will be successfully paired.

How to Unlock (for users and guests):

1. Open your igloohome app
2. By default, all locks paired to the account will be shown
   
3. Under the property of your choice, tap the green lock icon of your choice of lock (Note: You need to turn on Bluetooth and be within Bluetooth range of your lock to perform a Bluetooth unlock)

4. Alternatively, you can select the [Unlock] button located within each individual lock screen
