The keypad disabled mode will prevent any PIN code, fingerprints, or key card from being used.

Note: Keypad disabled mode can only be enabled when the Push Pull Mortise is locked

To activate Keypad Disabled mode, press and hold the multi-function button until you hear a series of beeps. In this mode, the keypad will double flash with numbers when it is pressed, but will not register any numbers.

Keypad Disabled Mode can be deactivated by one of the following:

1. Deactivate from inside of door
- Press and hold the multi-function button until beeps are heard.

Open the Push Pull Mortise with the handle

2. Deactivate from outside of the door
- Bluetooth Unlock
- Unlock with physical key

The Keypad Disabled Mode disables the Push Pull Mortise keypad, making it unresponsive to PIN Codes, fingerprints, and Key Cards.

Note: Master and guest Bluetooth Keys, and physical keys, will still be able to unlock the Push Pull Mortise.
