If your Rim lock is not locking, it may be due to the following:

1. Auto Re-lock is disabled
2. The door sensor on the Rim lock and frame magnet are misaligned
3. Low battery or wrong batteries used

If you have disabled auto Re-lock Mode, you can lock the door by holding on to the '#' key on the Rim lock from outside the door, or press the multi-function button from inside the door.
