There are 2 ways to view the PIN codes for your Airbnb guests:

1. Under Iglooconnect > Select listing that is associated to the Airbnb listing > Select any reservation > PIN code is available for viewing

2. Under Home > Select Lock name > Select Access located the top navigation bar > Select Airbnb tab > Select any access card > PIN code is available for viewing

*Do note that PIN codes are only generated after the access message is sent to the guests, either automatically preset by the user, or manually by the hosts themselves.
