To unlock the Smart Mortise from the outside, you may either:

• Use a PIN (Master, Ad hoc) code, followed by the unlock icon
• Use a Bluetooth Key (Master or Guest)
• Use a key card/sticker
• Use a physical key

To unlock the Smart Mortise from the inside, you may either:

• Use the handle (opening the handle from the inside automatically unlocks the door)
• Press the Multi-Function button

To lock the Smart Mortise from the outside, you may either:

• Set Auto Re-lock for automatic locking (via the app)
• Press and hold the # button (manual mode)
• Use a physical key
  

To lock the Smart Mortise from the inside, you may either:

• Set Auto Re-lock for automatic locking (via the app)
• Press the Multi-Function button
