Security Lockout is activated when a combination of either 5 wrong PIN codes and/or key cards are used to unlock the Mortise.

On the 5th invalid attempt, the lock will sound a warning, and the keypad will become unresponsive and flash the "Close" light for 5 minutes.

To disable the Security Lockout, you may unlock with: Bluetooth Unlock, physical key, Open/Close button, Thumbturn, and handle from the inside.
