If you paired our lock with an older version of the igloohome mobile app, you may find your lock missing from the app when you update to the new version. This is because the lock has not been associated with a home listing.
To associate your lock with a home listing:
If you already have a home listing,
- Go to 'Configuration' and click 'Manage Locks'
- Under 'Manage Locks', select your lock model and the lock you wish to associate
- This will bring you to the Lock Info page.
- On the bottom right corner of the Lock Info page, select the Settings icon, and select 'Edit Associated homes'
- You can choose the home listing you wish to associate your lock with.
If you do not yet have a home listing,
- Go to 'Configuration' and click 'Manage Locks'
- Add a 'Home' by clicking the + sign' which will allow you to add a new home listing.
- Fill in the necessary details and following which, you will be able to associate your lock to your home listing by referring to the steps above.
