Automate PIN Code Generation during Check-in
Here are the steps to activate the integration between igloohome and Vouch:
igloohome Connection:
If you haven’t done it yet, pair your devices (locks, keyboxes, bridges...) in the igloohome mobile app.
Go to iglooconnect and log in using your igloohome credentials.
From the iglooconnect homepage, search and select Vouch.
Connecting Vouch
Log in to your Vouch account.
Go to Settings > Select Smart Locks > Under Smart Lock Vendor, select igloohome > Confirm all the Setting Details > Click Link Account
Follow the steps to complete the connection.

Go to Smart Lock Setup
Select the Room & Doors you want to configure and click +Assign Lock
Assign the igloohome Device to the Room by clicking on the correct Available Device
PIN Code Generation via Vouch
In Reservation Management, Click on “Key Icon”
Click on Auto-generate Standard PIN
Automate PIN Code Generation during Check-in
Guests arrive at the hotel and will input their booking number onto the check-in mobile.
After completing the check-in flow and ID verification, the system will generate the code and present it to the guests. An email will be sent with the details as well.
FAQ:
How does the integration work?
>> The igloohome-Vouch integration automatically generates unique and time-sensitive PIN codes for each reservation. Once your lock is connected to a room, the process is fully automated.
When do the PINs get sent out?
>> Pins can either get sent out upon check-in, when the guests arrive on site to complete the check-in flow, or in advance by the property manager.
I have a new igloohome lock. How do I connect it to a listing?
>> Pair the lock in the Igloohome app, then map it to the correct listing in Vouch (step 3 above).
I have a bridge— how do I connect it to Vouch?
>> The bridge is supported in the Vouch integration and will allow the generation of 6-digit custom pins.
What if I have many locks (ie, main door, room door, lockers) linked to one reservation?
>> igloohome-Vouch integration supports up to 3 devices per reservation. If a bridge is connected, the system will generate the same 6-digit custom code for all the devices. If a bridge is not connected, the system will generate a unique 7-9-digit code for each device.
Which PMS does Vouch currently connect with, and where is the service available?
>> Currently, Vouch works with hotels that use Cloudbeds and Opera. They currently operate across Asia-Pacific.
