How to find the Bluetooth ID of the Mortise Touch?

Every lock has a unique Bluetooth ID. Should you need the ID for support purposes, find it by:.

1. On your igloohome app, tap on Settings Tab. 

2. Located on the top of the screen and short start with "MT1X"
