You can configure the Volume for your Mortise Touch via the App. Here's how:

1. On your igloohome app, tap on Settings Tab . 

2. Select [Volume]. 

3. Select the volume level from 0 to 5 (softest to loudest). 

4. Tap [Apply].

NOTE: *Please ensure you are within Bluetooth range of the lock and your Bluetooth function is turned on.
