Here is how to activate and deactivate the feature:

A. To Activate:

1. The function is deactivated by default.

2. To activate it, push the safety toggle to the right.

3. The Mortise now cannot be unlocked from the inside using the handle.

B. ) To Deactivate

1. To deactivate the function, simply push the safety toggle towards the left. 

2. The Mortise can now be unlocked from the inside using the handle.
