When the lock is in a low battery state, it helps to familiarize yourself with the lock's low battery indicator, which may include visual or audible cues. We need to check any warning lights, beeping sounds, or notifications indicating low battery levels. 

The following signs or indicators will assist you in identifying when the lock is in a low battery state:

1.) If battery is below 20% - 2 sets of 2 short beeps with pulsing Red LED 

2. ) If battery is below 10% - 4 sets of 2 short beeps with pulsing Red LED

You can also check the status of your battery via the app on the Settings Tab.

Note: If the lock's battery power is completely out, it may not respond at all. In this case, use a 9V battery to jumpstart the lock .
