SmartSequence™ is an advanced upgrade for our Igloohome Gate Lock (RM2 or RM2F), that let users effortlessly unlock both the gate and door with a single action. Simply use any of the three preferred access methods (PIN, fingerprint, or RFID) on the gate lock, and the linked door lock will unlock simultaneously. This seamless experience saves users time and effort.
Additionally, SmartSequence™ now supports 2-way unlocking for two of our lock models; the Mortise Touch (MT1) and Push-Pull Mortise (MP1F). If the gate lock is linked to a Mortise Touch (MT1) or Push-Pull Mortise (MP1F) door lock, unlocking the door with the back button will automatically unlock the gate from the inside of the property as well.
The following are the minimum firmware and software versions that support 2-way SmartSequence™.
For Mortise Touch (MT1)
For Push-Pull Mortise (MP1F)
*MP9 and higher would be notified to update firmware prior to setting up SmartSequence.
**The first 2 digits that come right after the lock's BTID will indicate the MP version of the lock.
For example: For MP1F09xxxxxx, the lock is MP09
The following is a list of locks that continue to be linked to a gate lock for the SmartSequence™️ feature:
*Able to unlock sequentially ONLY when entering the property.
The following locks cannot be linked to a Gate Lock with the sequential unlock feature:

When attempting to set up SmartSequence™️, you will see this page if your Gate Lock (RM2 or RM2F) and/or your lock requires an update
If your gate lock is on older firmware
If gate Lock (RM2 or RM2F) is on older firmware, when attempting to set up SmartSequence™️, you will be prompted by this page instead.
