To remove or cancel slots subscription:
- Log into iglooconnect web portal via https://connect.igloocompany.co
- Go to "Connections" (https://connect.igloocompany.co/subscriptions)
- Click on the Service Provider with the slots that you want to remove.
- Click on the delete icon to remove/cancel the slot subscription. Check "Available slots" if the slot does not show under "Used slots"
Note: The slots subscription is renewed monthly and charged on the first day of the month. Cancelling the subscription anytime within the month will still charge for that full month, regardless of the number of days the slots are being utilized.
