The igloohome account that the igloohome locks and devices are paired under cannot be paired with other igloohome accounts. Should you want someone to have the same access permissions as you (eg. creating PINs, viewing access logs, changing settings), you will need to share the igloohome account.

This means that they would need to sign in using your login email for the igloohome account and your login password.

There are no limits on how many users can sign into the same igloohome account, but please note that by sharing your login details with another user, the new user will have administrative control over the lock as well. This means that they are able to change the Master PIN, delete, and pair the lock to another account. Therefore, do ensure that you are able to trust the other user with your account. igloohome will not be responsible should there be any issues arising from sharing your login details with someone else.
