Syncing your lock allows you to update the following information:

1. Activity Logs
2. Battery Level
3. Access Methods
4. Lock Time

You can sync your lock from a variety of locations inside the app:

Sync from [Activity Log] Tab

1. Go to [Activity Log]
2. Tap on [Get recent logs]

Sync from [Access] Tab located within each lock page

1. At the landing page, select lock of choice
2. Select [Access] on the top navigation bar
3. Select sync icon 

Do ensure that the phone is physically near the lock/device during this process.
