To activate Keypad Disabled mode, make sure the lock is in a locked state. Press and hold the multi-function button until you hear a series of beeps. 

The keypad disabled mode will prevent any PIN code or key card from being used, however a Bluetooth Key or the multi-function button will be able to unlock and disable the Keypad disabled mode.
