| Check if it is because of flat batteries / unstable power source connectivity. If there is no issue with the power source, try to push the handle against the door, press and hold the “unlock” button on the keypad. If the motor has no response, then it might be motor failure. If the motor rotates and the slider goes back to position, then it might be the failure of the detection sensor. | |
