| If your Key Fob is showing a green light, this means that the lock/unlock communication attempt was successful. However, if your locks are not locking/unlocking, the following may be possible reasons: 1. Your locks may be on low batteries. Check on your locks if they are displaying any low battery behavior. 2. Something is obstructing the lock from locking/unlocking, you may hear 6 sets of 4 short beeps from the lock.
