There may be several reasons why your Key Fob is not unlocking the locks.

Your Key Fob is on low battery:
If this is the case, your Key Fob will emit a slow breathing red LED when attempting to unlock/lock. Replace the battery and try again.

Your locks are on low battery:

If this is the case, your Key Fob will display a successful lock/unlock attempt indicator (Green LED), but your locks will display their respective low battery behavior. Try to jumpstart your locks with their respective jumpstart methods and try again.

Something is obstructing your locks from unlocking/lock:
If this is the case, your Key Fob will display a successful lock/unlock attempt indicator (Green LED), but your locks will emit 6 sets of 4 short beeps indicating the obstruction alarm. Please reach out to our support team at support@igloohome.co for further assistance.

You are too far from the locks:
Your Key Fob will emit Red LED for 4 seconds, try to move closer to your locks or remove any obstruction between the Key Fob and the locks and try again.

Your locks have not been paired to the Fob yet:
Your Key Fob will emit Red LED for 4 seconds, please pair the locks to your FOB first and try again.

Only some locks have been unlocked:
Your Key Fob will emit alternating red and green LED for 4 seconds; this means that only some of the paired locks had been successfully locked/unlocked. You may need to change the battery on your Key Fob and try again; or check if your locks are displaying any low battery behaviors. If they are both on healthy battery levels, try to move closer to the locks or remove any obstruction between the Fob and the locks and try again.
