To activate Keypad Disabled mode, press and hold the multi-function button until you hear a series of beeps. 

In this mode, the keypad will double flash with numbers when it is pressed, but will not register any numbers. 

The keypad disabled mode will prevent any PIN code, fingerprints or key card from being used, however the following methods of unlocking will be able to unlock and disable the Keypad disabled mode, including:

• Bluetooth Key
• Physical key
• Multi-function button (from the inside)
• Handle (from the inside)

Note: Keypad disabled mode can only be activated when the Mortise is locked
