The Auto Relock feature can be configured via the app. The auto relock function works with all types of unlocking method.

By default, Auto Re-Lock is enabled. This ensures that the Mortise 2+ will always lock after unlocking, regardless of whether the door has been opened or kept closed.

We recommend that Auto Re-lock is kept activated. 

Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. In the lock page where you see the Bluetooth unlock icon, tap on 'Settings' at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

2. Scroll down and tap on 'Auto Relock Timer'.

3. You can choose the Auto Relock Timer duration, or you can choose to tap 'Never Relock' to deactivate this function.
