Door types:

1. Ensure that the door thickness and material are suitable 

      Door Material: Wooden door and wooden door frame

      Door Thickness: 40mm to 60mm

2. Ensure that there is enough clearance between the door and the gate 

      Clearance: >80mm

3. Ensure that there is enough clearance from the edge of the door

Clearance: ≥190mm

Ensure that the entire clearance area for Mortise 2 is unobstructed. Do check for clearance on both sides of the door.

4. Ensure that there is enough clearance for the height of Mortise 2

Height of the lock: 305mm

Ensure that the entire clearance area for Mortise 2 is unobstructed. If your door has existing holes, please measure the distance between the holes, above and below.
