Bluetooth key is only used for unlocking and cannot be used for locking.

For locking, you may use these few methods
1) Press and hold the lock icon on the keypad
2) Physically turn the thumbturn to lock (from inside your premises)
3) open and close the door, magnet sensor will lock the door upon detection of door closing. (if auto relock function is activated)
