A full refund can be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the product is not damaged, and the package is intact. The product must be shipped back to our SG HQ address with full package contents along with the receipt of purchase. An SGD20 admin fee will be processed for this service and the refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days.
