You simply need to unpair the lock from the original account. Please follow this video to do so!

Once the lock has been deleted/unpaired from your old account,
1. Proceed to register the new account. Once successful,
2. Login to the igloohome app using your new account credentials,
3. Then proceed to pair the lock to the new account!
