To unlock the door using Deadbolt 2s:

In  factory mode, you can tap on the lock to wake it up, then key in * 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 # to unlock.

To lock the door using Deadbolt 2s: 

You can either use the: 

1) The timed re-lock feature.

2) Manual lock by pressing on the "#" key for a long time.
