The settings of the igloohome Deadbolt 2s might have been configured wrongly. 

For Left handling (bolt tongue comes from left): 

You will need to toggle the button at the back of the Front Assembly of the Deadbolt 2s to 'L'.

For Right Handling (bolt tongue comes from right): 

You will need to toggle the button at the back of the Front Assembly of the Deadbolt 2s to 'R'.
