If you paired our lock with an older version of the igloohome mobile app, you may find your lock missing from the app when you update to the new version. This is because the lock has not been associated with a home listing.
To associate your lock with a home listing:
If you already have a home listing, all you need to do is to got to 'Set Up Home' > select your lock model > 'Manage Locks'. Under 'Manage Locks', select the lock that you wish to associate, and this will bring you to the Lock Info page. On the top right corner of the Lock Info page, select the Settings icon, and select the home listing you wish to associate your lock with.
If you do not yet have a home listing, go to 'Set Up Home' > select your lock model > 'Manage Homes'. Click on the '+' icon, which will allow you to add a new home listing. Following which, you will be able to associate your lock to your home listing.
