If you are having trouble pairing your smart lock with the igloohome App, one of the first steps you should take is to check the Bluetooth ID prefix.
The Bluetooth ID prefix is a unique identifier that can help you determine the compatibility of the lock with the app. Here's how to check the Bluetooth ID prefix:
1.) Tap on the Settings tab at the bottom of your igloohome app
2.) Your Bluetooth ID is the first line under Lock Settings
3.) The Bluetooth ID prefix is the first 4 characters of your Bluetooth ID. For example, the prefix for IGP109abc123 is IGP1.
If you're considering upgrading your lock model, we offer an exclusive upgrade offer to our current locks. Simply write to us at info@igloohome.co with the Bluetooth ID of your lock included in the email.
