Here are the steps to get started with Misterbooking Integration:
Igloohome connection :
If not done already, pair your devices on the Igloohome app.
Go to iglooconnect and log in with your Igloohome credentials.
Go to 'Settings' and tap on 'Configure stripe payment'. An API subscription fee of $2/active device/month.
Misterbooking Connection :
Under Integrated Services, Select "Misterbooking".
You’ll be redirected to the Misterbooking page to sign in. Then, contact Misterbooking support or the sales team to activate the connection with the Igloohome service.
Sign the amendment and pay the Misterbooking connectivity fees.
Connection of the hotel to Igloohome connectivity
Log in with your Igloohome account to retrieve each lock.
In Misterbooking > MAPPING > IGLOOHOME > Access Mapping, map the Bluetooth ID of the locks to each room number. Then, click on the "Request Connection" button at the bottom of the page.
Sending codes to clients:
Prepare an email template with the tag ##code_acces_chambre##.
For every new reservation, the code is generated manually in the reservation file via the "Access Code" button.
Send the email with the access code. If desired, they can also automate the email to be sent a specific number of days prior to the guest's arrival through the MAILING > EMAIL AUTOMATION > AUTOMATION BY DATE menu.
Important note: Some devices are not supported by this integration. We recommend checking the list to ensure your devices are compatible.
