We are excited to announce an evolution in the integration between Igloohome and Smoobu. As part of our ongoing commitment to improve your experience, we have simplified the connection process. Now, connecting no longer requires an API key.
Here are the steps to migrate to the new connection:
If not done already, pair your devices on the Igloohome app.
Go to Iglooconnect and log in with your Igloohome credentials.
Click on your name on the top right of your screen
Disconnect- Select connections
- Click on Smoobu, then select 'Available Slots', and click on the BIN icon to remove it from the integration. (A popup screen will appear to confirm the removal; please click 'Remove' to proceed)
Connect - Click on this URL to proceed: https://login.smoobu.com/en/integration/igloohome and login using their Smoobu credentials first.
After this, they can click [Connect] on that page to login using their igloohome credentials in order to make that connection, refer to the following video walkthrough:

Important note: Some devices are not supported by our new integration. We recommend checking the list to ensure your devices are compatible.
