NORDIC LOCK INSTALLATION - Nordic Retrofit lock should be compatible with left and right rotation doors. 

1. From the outside of the door, ensure that your cylinder looks like one of the two types supported.

2. Ensure that the distance from the cylinder to the edge of your door is more than 32 mm.

Distance from the Nordic cylinder to the edge of the door: >32mm

The backset is the distance from the Nordic cylinder to the edge of the door.

3. Ensure that your Nordic Cylinder profile is located above the door handle.

4. Remove the thumbturn inside the door and ensure that there is a tailpiece for the retrofit to fit into.

Note: If your door lock does not have a tailpiece on the inside, please get in touch with your sales representative or the igloohome support as you will need to replace your key cylinder.
