How to set up your Keybox with ShowingTime

FAQs

1. How to remove or cancel slots?

  1. Log into iglooconnect web portal via https://connect.igloocompany.co
  2. Click on ShowingTime
  3. Click on the edit icon (second icon to the right from the search bar)
  4. Click on [Remove from subscription] button


Note: The subscription for slots are renewed monthly and charged on the first day of the month. Cancelling the subscription in the middle of the billing cycle or regardless of the number of days you used the slot, will still charge you the full month.

2. How can I disassociate my lock from a ShowingTime slot?


  1. Log into the igloohome app
  2. Navigate to iglooconnect under [Account Settings]
  3. Tap on ShowingTime
  4. Find the lock you want to unlink
  5. Tap on the [Unlink] icon



3. How to remove a Keybox from a listing?


  1. In your ShowingTime listing, go to Access Information
  2. Remove the Bluetooth ID and the Exchange Code
  3. Click green Save changes button found on top of the screen



4. How to remove the lock from your igloohome account


  1. Login to your igloohome app
  2. Go to Home
  3. Select the Property > Select the Lock
  4. Go to Settings found at the bottom right corner
  5. Scroll down and tap on "Delete Lock"


Note: You have near/within bluetooth range of the lock to do this. Deleting the lock removes it from your igloohome account and restores it back to factory settings. You can try the factory password 1234567890 + unlock icon to ensure it is successful. This means that the lock is free to be paired to someone else.



5. How to Add or Edit a Payment Method


  1. Login to your iglooconnect account by going to this link: https://connect.igloocompany.co 
    Note: Your username and password is the same as your igloohome app credentials
  2. On the top right corner, you will see the initials of the account holder, go to Account Settings 
  3. Scroll down to Payment Method. You can add or edit payment methods from here.



6. How many slots do I need to purchase on ShowingTime if I have multiple listings?


You will have to buy one slot per active listing. So if you have 3 listings, you have to buy 3 ShowingTime slots on iglooconnect for your 3 Keyboxes.



7. How much is the ShowingTime slot on iglooconnect?


The ShowingTime slot is USD $2 per month.



8. Can I get a discount if I do a bulk purchase for the Keybox?
