If you encounter the error message: "We have encountered an error activating your free trial, please try again later," you may be trying to activate Airbnb Connect.

  1. Please ensure that you are following these instructions: Open the igloohome app > Menu (top left hand corner) > click on profile picture (top left hand corner) > click 'Connect with Airbnb' button > Log into your Airbnb account. For more instructions on how to activate Airbnb connect, please see this article.
  2. Check if you have created an Airbnb Connect account with this username before.
  3. Please ensure that you have strong Wifi connection. You may wish to restart your router.
