Here are the steps you need to do when cancelling your SmartRent Subscription:


1. Log into iglooconnect web portal via https://connect.igloocompany.co

2. Click on their profile logo (with their initials) on the top right corner

3. Click on the Connections menu item

4. Customer should see the [SmartRent] tile under [My connections]

5. Click on the [Bin] logo on the right side of the lock
